Who coaches you
I'm Michael — twelve years coaching strength. I've put weightlifters on national podiums and trained competitive CrossFit athletes, but most of my week is people who've never really felt at home in a gym: doctors, lawyers, students who want to get strong, leaner and more confident without it taking over their lives.
No shouting, no motivation theatre, no random workouts. I build the plan around where you're starting, your schedule and what you actually want — and I change it when reality does. If you've never touched a barbell, you're exactly who I coach best — that's where most of my clients began.
Online Strength Coaching FAQ
Is online strength coaching good for beginners?
Yes. Beginners benefit most — early structure and technique feedback save you months of trial and error.
What if I miss a week of training?
Work, travel and illness happen. The plan absorbs it — we adjust the next sessions instead of trying to make up for missed ones.
Is this live online personal training?
No. This is app-based coaching with programming, check-ins, messaging and video review. You train on your own schedule.
Can you coach hybrid training, not only strength?
Yes. The default is strength-led, but the plan can include hybrid conditioning — rowing technique, pacing and erg work — when your goal is hybrid or Hyrox-style performance.
What is the difference between a training plan and online coaching?
A training plan tells you what to do. Coaching adjusts the plan based on your progress, technique, schedule and recovery.
Strength is slow on purpose. The job is to keep you training when life gets busy — and to make sure the work compounds.
