Hyrox Finish Time Calculator
Start with a realistic cohort plan, then adjust any run, station or Roxzone split. Your finish time updates as you move.
Enter a starting time to load a realistic split plan. Examples: 80, 80:00 or 1:20:00. Singles only for now — doubles & relay run/rest are team aggregates, so the per-athlete split pattern does not apply.

How this works
The starting plan comes from the conditional medians of real HYROX finishers near the time you enter (an adaptive window in your cohort). The fitted medians are scaled to sum to your exact starting time. Typical X–Y shows the raw observed p25–p75 spread of that real field — we never rescale it.
After you move a split, the finish is simply the arithmetic sum of the splits you chose — each slider changes only its own segment, nothing rebalances. A combination you build by hand does not have to match any single real athlete.
The cohort ranking is based only on your calculated total time, read against the same cohort distribution. It is a scenario calculator — a way to explore split trade-offs, not a personal forecast of the time you would actually race.
The ranking is computed inside your exact cohort (division × gender × age group) across the seasons shown, with the number of race results and unique athletes behind it, falling back to the broader division field when an age group is too thin to stand alone.
Data: real HYROX Singles finisher results, per division / gender / age group, for the seasons shown.
