Hyrox Split Planner
Enter your target finish time — we build your split targets from athletes finishing near that time, with the typical range they held, and where your target ranks in your cohort. Real results, not a formula.
Enter a target finish time and pick your cohort. You can type 80:00, 1:20:00, plain minutes (80 or 80.5), or just the digits 8000. Singles only for now — doubles & relay run/rest are team aggregates, so the per-athlete split pattern does not apply.

How this works
You give us a target finish time. We don’t predict your finish — that’s your input. We build your split targets from athletes finishing near this time: for finishers whose total time lands near your target (an adaptive window in your cohort), we read the median time they actually ran for every run, every station and the roxzone, plus the p25–p75 spread — the middle half of that real field.
The median splits naturally sum to slightly under your target (the median of a sum isn’t the sum of medians). We scale the median board to hit your exact target to the second — that fitted board is a target plan. The p25–p75 ranges are left exactly as observed; we never stretch them.
Every split is a slider — drag one to reshape the plan. Make a segment slower and the others speed up by the same amount (and vice versa), so your finish stays exactly the time you typed. That trade is shared across the other unlocked splits in proportion to the room each one still has inside its own typical range: a split with lots of headroom moves the most, one already near the edge of its range barely moves. Lock any split to hold it out of the rebalance — runs, stations and the roxzone all take part equally. If there isn’t enough room left to keep your target, the split you’re dragging simply stops at the furthest point that still works.
The ranking is computed inside your exact cohort (division × gender × age group) across the seasons shown. We show it with the number of race results and unique athletes behind it, and fall back to the broader division field when an age group is too thin to stand alone.
Data: real HYROX Singles finisher results, per division / gender / age group, for the seasons shown. The conditional distribution of near-target finishers is the method — no formula, no fixed fade curve. Sometimes searched as a Hyrox split predictor.
